1. make a list of values that you care about when deciding what to work on (I think if you don’t really know it’s okay to start with a generic list as long as you’re honest in the next steps)
  2. rate how much you care about each of those values in a scale 1-10
  3. use those ratings to generate relative weights for each value
  4. now you can rate your current job or potential opportunities based on those values, and then use the weights to calculate a “total fit”
