- make a list of values that you care about when deciding what to work on (I think if you don’t really know it’s okay to start with a generic list as long as you’re honest in the next steps)
- rate how much you care about each of those values in a scale 1-10
- use those ratings to generate relative weights for each value
- now you can rate your current job or potential opportunities based on those values, and then use the weights to calculate a “total fit”
